State-of-the-Art Features of 2025 Utility Reefer Trailers

With our 2025 Reefer Trailers, we build upon our track record of excellence. We feature a new line of trailers that take advantage of the latest design innovations:

Energy-Efficient Insulation

When you need temperature control you can trust in your trailer, the 3000R® refrigerated van uses foam-in-place insulation that creates full coverage with no joints. The rear door uses bonded foam that makes a tight seal for added insulative properties.

This design eliminates voids in the trailer that could compromise the insulative material. The foam-in-place insulation has a 360-degree coverage to create optimum thermal efficiency. You’ll receive maximum product safety and efficiency with this trailer design, regardless of the climate in which you typically operate.

Additionally, this energy-efficient design reduces the carbon footprint of using the trailer for hauling products.

Improved Aerodynamics

All our 2025 trailers feature improved aerodynamics to reduce your fuel consumption as you’re on the road.

Our 2025 Reefer Trailers all feature unique structural bend designs that improve rigidity. The design maintains its aerodynamic properties at all travel speeds.

Maximizing Benefits with Our 2025 Reefer Trailers

When hauling items that require refrigeration, you need consistent temperature control to protect your perishable goods. At Royal Truck & Utility Trailer, our new trailers focus on high-quality insulation without gaps.

The design of the insulation allows you to use less energy to maintain a consistent temperature. Coupled with the aerodynamic designs in our 2025 Reefer Trailers, you can count on a lower fuel bill.

All of these design improvements mean you will save operational costs when running these trailers. Your investment in a new trailer will provide continued benefits for years to come, including improving reliability. Your trailers will spend less time in the repair shop and more time carrying goods.

3000R® Refrigerated Van in Action

When you add our 3000R® refrigerated vans to your fleet, you can efficiently and successfully haul refrigerated goods. Our refrigerated vans offer:

  • Consistent temperature control
  • Reduced spoilage rates
  • Reliable performance in any operational climate
