Hardox Dump Bodies for Durability and Performance

When it comes to reliable dump bodies, Royal Truck & Utility Trailer is proud to offer Hardox steel models that showcase toughness and innovation. The cutting-edge steel processing of Hardox steel models makes them roughly 15% lighter and 100% more durable, enabling you to handle higher payloads while maintaining compliance with weight regulations.

The benefits of Hardox steel:

  • Dent and impact resistance: The powerful steel is more durable against dents and impacts, so you spend fewer resources repairing them and won’t replace the trailers early.
  • Reduce reinforcements: Hardox doesn’t require the same reinforcements as traditional dump bodies. The industrial manufacturing process allows them to bend, and less reinforcement means increased efficiency.
  • Design flexibility: The precision engineering that Hardox allows increases the ways you can customize and fabricate it.

Custom Dump Body Solutions

Lanau Industries specializes in custom fabrication. Their metal fabrication techniques can combine Domex, stainless steel, or aluminum with Hardox to create unique trailers. You may also choose from different side bodies, like smooth or diamond style.

Do you know what size trailer you need? You can ask for dump bodies between 8 and 26 feet and customize the height. Consider switching up your tailgate with a high-lift gate or pneumatic operation.

Have you ever thought about an elliptical or half-round design? It further increases durability and can make unloading more efficient.

Reliable Products for Demanding Truck Applications

Lanau Industries can produce custom and reliable products that outfit your truck for any purpose. If you transport abrasive materials, consider installing an integrated liner to extend your trailer’s life expectancy. By incorporating ladders on the side of the cab, you increase access and worker safety.

Protect your cab and drivers from debris by installing cab shields. A hydraulic lift system can reduce stress on workers and make loading more efficient. Don’t forget to add slip resistance to reduce the frequency of workers’ compensation claims.
