Within the fast-moving sectors of construction and heavy machinery, Royal Truck & Utility Trailer’s work ready service trucks exemplify our brand’s dedication to delivering unparalleled efficiency and reliability. These mobile workshops, equipped with an array of essential tools, are engineered to address on-site repairs and maintenance swiftly.

We specialize in the ability to deliver service trucks that enhance project outcomes. Our approach is rooted in leveraging innovative solutions, to help the heavy equipment and construction industries prevent downtime.

The Essential Components of a Work Ready Service Truck

Our Service Trucks are customizable for both Class 5 and Class 6 vehicles, ensuring we cater to every need with precision and authority. Our Stock Package equips each service truck with a powerhouse 43,000 Foot Pound Rated Crane Body, an 11 Ft marvel boasting an 8,000 lb. lifting capacity. Complemented by a 45 CFM Rotary Screw Air Compressor and innovative tools powered by the truck’s own hydraulics, we promise not just service, but solutions that drive success.

Cranes:
At Royal Truck & Utility Trailer, our work ready Service Trucks are designed to excel under the intense conditions of any job site. Central to these vehicles is the inclusion of high-capacity service cranes, boasting significant lifting capabilities and extensive boom reach. These cranes are pivotal for on-site repairs, allowing for the swift and safe movement of heavy equipment parts. Our expert team specializes in matching each crane to your unique operational requirements, ensuring precision and reliability, and enhancing project efficiency.

Air Compressors:
Air-powered tools revolutionize the field service industry by saving time and boosting efficiency. Tools like impact wrenches enable quicker, more precise task completion, eliminating the struggle of manual labor and significantly reducing service times. Air compressors in our trucks, crucial for powering pneumatic tools, are selected based on key performance indicators like Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) and Pounds per Square Inch (PSI). No matter what your air compressor needs for your new service truck, our experienced team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Welders:
Welders on service trucks empower operators to execute precision on-site welding and repairs with unmatched efficiency. This critical tool significantly minimizes downtime and propels task completion, ensuring our clients’ operations remain seamless across all job sites.

At Royal Truck & Utility Trailer, our approach to integrating welders into service trucks starts with analyzing the unique requirements of each task to ensure the welder not only meets but elevates the truck’s versatile capabilities.
